Working alongside the internal marketing team, I was asked to offer creative concepts for the new PWS Sink & Taps brochure. The brief was to elevate their offering to something more high end whilst remaining accessible. I provided creative direction and subsequent editorial designs as well as art direction on the style of photography.

Elf Marketing is a design and marketing agency specializing in the creation and delivery of campaigns across sport, food & drink and point of sale within the catering and hospitality industry. With a special focus on pub environments and the delivery of campaigns across multiple brand and geographical sites.
‘Stepping out from the shadows’.
This project focussed on the maturing of Elf Marketing as an entity and finding a relatable and tangible way for the company to evolve it’s brand presence.
The process involved, establishing a new brand personality, re-invigorating the brand with a new identity and brand toolbox followed by creative direction on the execution of the new brand across multiple touch points including a new website design and build.

Establishing a brand for the in-house creative output of B-Engaged became a priority as the business grew. The new brand reflected the youthful and vibrant culture within the business and showcased the creative talents of the team making use of a street style combined with custom glitch style treatments to images.
I’ve since refined the identity and supporting brand tool box for HIFEN to further mature the brand as it moves to work with more commercial partners.
Supporting the in-house marketing team I helped to establish the evolution of the Texon brand. I also introduced a new style for individual products with sub brands that were all cohesive and consistent. Designed were then rolled out across multiple formats from leaflets, posters and promotional material to social assets and exhibition designs.

Working as part of a wider team within Elf Marketing, I have helped deliver creative concepts across multi-brand, nationwide campaigns for Greene King and their pub brands. Projects have included national sports campaigns, seasonal promotions and menu launches.
Having had the pleasure of being part of the team that created the original GSC Grays brand, I've continued to work alongside the in-house team, developing and evolving the brand over a number of years. Initially working as part of the marketing team I’ve moved the brand on to a point where this is utilised by the in-house team with myself consulting on projects as and when needed.
Having worked with the team at Odyssey for a number of years I have recently evolved the brand and its position in line with the business growth and ambition. Working closely with the in-house marketing team I continue to help deliver marketing materials and digital projects.
Re-naming and re-positioning of the Strength of Science brand to more accurately reflect the grow the organisation had experienced. I worked on name generation, brand personality and characteristics, culminating in the delivery of a full brand toolbox for the SportSmith team to take in-house and work with.
Having worked with the team at B-Engaged for a number of years I was asked to evolve the brand to a more mature and serious proposition within the world of athlete marketing. Establishing a new brand personality and subsequent brand pillars I worked to create a new brand identity, brand toolbox, marketing materials and new website.
Working with the team at HIFEN and working under tight deadlines, I quickly establish a look and feel for the Icon Gamer League brand. The project culminated in the hand over of the brand toolbox, enabling the team to work independently moving forward.
I often get asked to produce animated assets that align with clients’ brands. These are often utilised across social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn along side being used for product promotion on marketplaces such as Amazon.

Working with the team at B-Engaged I consulted on the design and UX of the new UNIQUE website, developing the newly created brand to work online. Once designs were approved I worked closely with long-running development parter PixelPie on the build and delivery of the new site.

As part of the re-invigoration and renovation of the Milbank Arms I was approached to create a new brand style that encompassed the heritage of the wider Barningham estate. The result was a complex re-birth of the family crest and creation of a brand style that will serve the pub for many years to come.
Researching the history of the estate and commissioning an illustrator to hand draw and evolve the rams head in a traditional style, I created a versatile identity system as well as established a brand tool box.
Continuing work with estate involves way finding, promotional material and web design services.
